With all the uncertainties and rates with Insurance companies today. It is a breath of fresh air that Darren let me know months in advance that the insurance company we are with was getting out of covering our type of property/liability and he had already begun to research an alternative for us. It's all about the service!! and just not getting a letter in the mail saying your insurance was not going to be renewed.

Darren and the gang are great! I have rental properties and insurance companies all have different guidelines when it comes to whether or not they will insure a property, and at what kind of rate. Darren knows which companies will insure a property based on certain factors. He gets good rates, with good companies and is always responsive in a timely manner.
